These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and 990k3 ("Company", "We", or "Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 990k3 platform — whether via website or mobile app — you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms contained in this document.

This agreement takes effect as soon as you complete account registration or use any 990k3 service. These Terms govern all aspects of platform use, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus usage, and participation in any games or betting activities.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

990k3 supports a wide range of deposit and withdrawal methods suited for users in Malaysia, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency. All financial transactions are processed using secure encryption technology.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 for all domestic payment methods.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 for e-Wallet and FPX, and equivalent to RM 100 for crypto withdrawals.
• All withdrawals must be made to an account registered in the same name as the 990k3 account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts will not be processed.
• 990k3 does not charge processing fees for domestic deposits or withdrawals. Third-party network fees such as crypto gas fees are outside our control.
• Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method — typically between 5 minutes and 2 hours for e-Wallets and FPX, and up to 24 hours for cryptocurrency.
• 990k3 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending security reviews or incomplete KYC verification.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Special Offers

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any winnings derived from bonuses can be withdrawn.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is between 20x to 35x of the bonus value received, depending on the applicable promotion.
